While we do not offer refunds, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns.
Store Credit Eligibility
Items must be:

Free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or signs of wear
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a VanHope digital store credit via email.
Store credit:

Can be used on any future purchase

Is issued for the merchandise subtotal (original shipping is non-refundable)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We process exchanges as store credit.
If you need a different size or style, return your item within 14 days and use your store credit to reorder your new favorite.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
